Prior to Rick, I went with a realtor that a family member had recommended, as I was previously recommended an excellent mortgage broker. Despite my prior success, my experience with my recommended realtor was anything but - missed deadines and timelines, incorrect information regarding my money deposit, and more. I was not happy with the experience. My second realtor experience, I went with someone recommended by another family member (I should have learned my lesson the first time...). They were much more professional, but lazy. I graduated from school with a perfect 4.0, so I understand work ethic and being motivated. I didn't like the fact that I was the one looking up houses on zillow and redfin, and asking to go look at properties. I felt like I was the realtor! I kept asking myself, "What are these people even doing?" I have a full-time job and stuff to actually do. I shouldn't be working harder than my realtor to find me houses and to send ideas - that is their job. They are the realtor! Rick actually cold called me a week or two prior to me giving him a chance. He called to see if I was in need of a realtor. I thanked him for the call, and said I would reach out if my circumstances ever changed. Well, I was frustrated with my prior experiences for sure. I figured, "This guy called me. He seems like he wants to work." I was pretty blunt with him about my expectations, and I told him straight up that I would fire him if I felt that he was lazy - I already got rid of my last two realtors. He agreed, and we set off looking for houses. Rick was great from the get-go. He texted me properties, called me, and more. He is constantly texting and calling - I was in constant communication with him. Often times he would just call me to check on me and make sure everything was good. I never had any issues with deadlines, timelines, or worried about the accuracy of the information he gave me (ex. money deposit, etc.) He spent a lot of time looking at houses with my family and I. One day, we were out looking pretty much the entire day from morning to evening. I actually felt kind of bad because I knew it was a very long day - but he was a trooper. He didn't complain or try to leave - he stayed with us the whole time. The other thing about Rick that I really liked is he was a go-getter. When I arrived at each house to look at, he was already inside talking to the seller's agent trying to get as much information on the property as possible. When we finished looking at the house, he would often go back inside to follow-up with the seller's agent to get a few more details and make some connections. My other two realtors never did this ONCE. It really stood out to me and I definitely noticed. I closed on my house at the end of May, and I am happy with the experience. Rick is a great guy, and I am really happy I took the leap of faith and going with him. Third time is the charm! For what it's worth, my loan person wasn't a fan of my first two realtors, but also loved Rick too. If I ever buy or sell again - I would go with Rick no question. Rick Sold Our Home!! What an AMAZING Agent! He helped us so much from finding painters and handyman to having our house staged, so it's best features shined like gold. He held our hand thru the entire process. Even Rick's Escrow ppl were delightful. I can say that Rick did everything to eliminate as much of our stress as he could. Rick sold our house on the 2nd day of showing ..an ALL Cash deal. Closed in 2 weeks. Look, if your looking for someone who is a master ..yes master at the videos he produces for your property and those videos sell your home!! Quickly!! Bottom line. Rick is damn good realtor. If I could give Rick 10 stars I would! I'm the type of person that does things on my own time and own pace, so working with Rick this past month and a half has been nothing but enjoyable. He's very patient and attentive, especially since we really know what we are looking for. He only shows us properties that check every box on our list and he doesn't waste our time showing properties we wouldn't be interested in. Even in this crazy real estate market Rick was able to find me a off market property and secure the deal without the seller countering our offer. His knowledge of the Westminster real estate market was unbelievable. He knew exactly how much the property was going to appraise for and we already gained a ton of equity since we made the offer. Excellent Realtor! Rick went beyond than expected as he provided virtual tours via FaceTime and even offered to capture video of properties after the virtual tour of the ones that I expressed high interest, it was nice to have a gallery of the properties I was very interested in as a compare and contrast. I felt like he definitely puts in the time and effort to try his best to find the perfect home for me. I was impressed with his knowledge of every properties community, such as local eateries, grocery stores, shopping, and parks, throughout the Orange County area. He knows every location very well.
